Meet The Team: Laci Miller

Hello everyone! Today, we are going to meet Laci Miller the Internet Manager here at Baum Chevy Buick!

Hi Laci! Hello there everyone! Today you're going to learn a little more about myself! I have been the internet manager here at Baum for 2.5 years. My job includes communicating with the customers who choose to shop through the internet while searching for the perfect vehicle. That's neat! I bet you talk to people from all over! Yes, I sure do!

Tell us about your experience in this field? I have been in the car business for about 10 years and 5 of those years have been spent working alone with the internet.

What is your favorite thing about your job? I enjoy the people that I work with as well as all the customers that I work with. I really enjoy the freedom in my job with an example being the ability to sell a car while riding my horse on the weekend. That is cool! You can talk to customers all weekend long because it's usually over the phone or chat. We are thankful for you because even when we aren't in the building you can still answer questions for our customers! You're exactly right and that's a big reason why I really love my job because most people don't expect to be acknowledged on the weekends and here I come with some answers!

Do you have any kids? I have two kids. A 22 year old going to the navy in September named CJ, and Christy who's 20 years old and going to Western in the fall. I also have 3 Quarter horses which can be considered children! 2 blondes and 1 redhead, Maddy, Joe, Lucy.

If you had to pick a dream vehicle what would it be? It would be a Chevy 3500 4WD Crew Cab Silverado. It'd have to be a black LTZ with navigation and a sunroof! That sounds like it will haul the kids and the horses quite well!

Where are you from and where do you currently live? I am from Enumclaw, Washington. I grew up on a large thoroughbred breeding ranch where I raised and showed cattle for 17 years. I recently moved to rural Clinton. I always think it's neat how people end up states away from where they're originally from!

What can we find you doing in your spare time? Of course I like horseback riding! I also like to ride four-wheelers and hike. I like the outdoors a lot!
