Chevrolet Youth Baseball 2014

Baum Chevrolet Buick is a proud sponsor of the Clinton Travel Baseball league! The dealership joined forces with the national Chevrolet Youth Baseball program to provide new equipment, a monetary contribution and an opportunity for community members to earn additional donations for their league via a Test Drive fundraiser.

2014 marks Chevrolet’s Youth Baseball program’s ninth year, and since its introduction it has helped aid local teams, benefiting more than 3.5 million young people in communities where Chevrolet’s customers live, work and play.  In 2013, more than 1,600 Chevrolet dealers participated across the country.

Owner, Scott Baum, and Sales/Leasing Consultant, Shawn Evens, presented a $500 donation to the Clinton Travel Baseball League on Thursday, June 19

Before the Clinton Travel Baseball team's game on Thursday, June 19, the dealership presented the league with a check representing a one-time monetary contribution of $500. To help raise additional funds for the league, dealership staff were on site for a Test Drive fundraiser. For every test drive taken during the game, the dealership donated $25 to the Clinton Travel Baseball league. Over 30 test drives were taken, which resulted in an additional $800 donation the the league.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the event!
